Decorating your Conservatory can be great fun. You have come so far now it’s time to give your little space a special treatment to make it look very much yours. You can decorate your conservatory by adding various decorative elements like colorful blinds, wall paintings, plants, etc.

Floors: Floor tiles are an excellent choice to get a floor that is suitable for all types of activities. If you are planning to convert your conservatory into a dinning place then a carpet will do just fine. Designer tiles are also in the latest trend. If you are going to use your Conservatory for some special purposes like dancing or cooking classes, as an office, then it will be great if you choose the flooring accordingly.
Furniture: Selecting furniture is usually more about personal taste. But a little more thinking can make your experience with your furniture fruitful. Keep in mind the weather conditions prevailing in your area while choosing the furniture. If you live in an area that gets too much of sunlight then go for furniture made of cane or rattan. But if your area has too much o humidity then cane furniture is a very bad idea. Apart from the weather conditions, usage also plays a vital role in choosing furniture. If you are planning to use same furniture in Conservatory and your garden this will take a lot of shifting, then go for lighter cane furniture. Lastly, the furniture should also blend well with your conservatory’s interior look.
Blinds: Blinds are available in huge variety of designs and colors. If you have an east facing conservatory, blinds becomes a must have for you to block the excess sunlight. Blinds make a great combination with glazed glasses and also provide you some privacy. Depending upon your taste you can choose from pleated blinds, remotely operated blinds or timber blinds.
Plants: Last but not the least, plants play a dramatic role in decorating not only Conservatory but any part of your home. Growing small indoor plants in the Conservatory can add life to it. Moreover, if you choose to grow flowers then the essence will bloom the atmosphere of your conservatory. You can go for crawlers or creepers if you wish to decorate a door or window. But creepers would need regular trimming to check they don’t grow out of proportion. If you have sufficient space, then growing some useful plants or veggies will make it even better. Be careful in choosing the plants if you have someone allergic in your family.
Above all you can use scented candles, wind chimes, wall paintings, etc. to make your Conservatory look more beautiful.
